EDT holds a unique position in the field, in that, unlike distributors or manufacturers' agent, we are not bound by contractual obligations to our suppliers. This affords us the freedom to choose the highest quality and most appropriate equipment for each specific project. We are also able to bid on an exclusive basis to our client, where distributors and agents must bid across the board.

Customer service is considered a priority at EDT. We are able to assist our clients directly and immediately instead of having to completely depend on a manufacturer's service department and their often very full schedules. That ability is one of the benchmarks of our success.
